Chai and Chat is meant to be a safe, low pressure space to show up as you are, whether that means speaking, listening, or sitting quietly. There is no expectation to have the right words. Being in community itself is an act of care! This Chai and Chat will be facilitated by Dr. Layla Asamarai, PsyD, LP. Facilitator Bio: Dr. Layla Asamarai is a clinical psychologist specialized in treatment of trauma in adult clients. She is the founder and managing director of The Luminous Mind located in Roseville Minnesota. She is a mother of three, one daughter and two sons and an in her free time enjoys nature, reformer pilates, and reading.
